7.- PAYMENT METHODS.

9.- RETURN POLICY:
The User has a period of 7 days from receipt of the products to request their return, by sending an email to info@2Wine.eu, and specifying as subject "Request for return". The User must state the order number and the products that he wants to return.
The User must return the product units in perfect condition (not damaged, dirty or opened by the User), properly protected and in their original packaging. After verification by 2Wine B.V. of the good condition of the products, the amount corresponding to the returned units will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 10 calendar days using the same means of payment that the User used for the initial purchase. This guarantee does not extend to the transport costs of the return, which will be borne by the User.
2Wine B.V. will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the client, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete both in their main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal will not proceed outside the indicated period or on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by 2Wine B.V., nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately, such as merchandise or orders that can be considered due to their special characteristics as requested by the client.
